Autumn is a time for gathering, expressing gratitude, and collecting what will sustain us through the winter months ahead. This retreat invites you to explore and deepen your connections, within yourself, the medicine, and with others. If you feel called to harvest more nourishment and deep connection this Fall Equinox retreat is for you.

Join me and our heartfelt community for a ceremonial weekend at Sky Temple, set in the mystical Blue Ridge Mountains. This retreat provides a unique opportunity to dive into your consciousness and receive support from sacred medicines. With the guidance of our dedicated team and the companionship of like-minded participants, you will experience profound personal and communal growth. Will you join us on this journey of connection?

    Ceremonial Schedule:
    October 18

  • Arrive between 2 - 2:30 PM and get settled

  • Group gathering to establish our sacred container

  • Group exercise

  • First sacred medicine ceremony with “Heart Medicine” begins around 4:30 PM


    October 19

  • Movement practice

  • Guided meditation

  • Breakfast

  • Heart shares

  • Outdoor exploration

  • Second sacred medicine ceremony with “Teacher Medicine” in the evening


    October 20

  • Movement practice

  • Guided meditation

  • Breakfast

  • Heart shares and integration circle

  • Wrap up and conclusion by 12 Noon

Exchange:

  • $1300 for indoor sleeping arrangements or $1100 for outdoors (camping)

  • $250 non-refundable deposit to hold your space

  • Balance due two weeks prior to event (no refunds for cancellations within two weeks of event)
